Cancellation and Refunds
At Spark VFX Studios, we provide customized digital solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of each client. Due to the personalized nature of our services and the effort involved in delivering high-quality results, we follow a strict No Cancellation and No Refund policy.

No Cancellations
Once a project has been initiated and work has commenced, cancellations are not permitted. By engaging our services and approving the project scope or quote, you acknowledge and agree to proceed with the project under the terms agreed upon.

No Refunds
We do not offer refunds for any payments made towards our services. This includes but is not limited to:
- Advance payments or deposits
- Milestone payments made during the course of the project
- Final payments upon project completion
All payments are non-refundable due to the customized and project-specific nature of our work.
SECTION B / SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipping and Delivery Policy
At Spark VFX Studios, we provide digital solutions and services, and all deliverables are provided electronically. Therefore, we do not engage in physical shipping or delivery of products.

Digital Delivery
All final outputs, including but not limited to visual effects, animations, and other digital content, will be delivered via:
- Email, for smaller files
- Cloud-based file-sharing services, such as Google Drive, Dropbox, or other similar platforms, for larger files
We will provide you with download links or access to your files as soon as the project is completed and final payments have been made.

Delivery Timeline
Delivery timelines for digital products will be agreed upon at the start of the project and communicated clearly in your project proposal or quote. The timeline may vary depending on the complexity of the project.

No Shipping
Since our services are digital in nature, no physical shipping of products is involved. All content will be sent electronically.
