Portfolio, Marketing and Publicity Rights
Unless otherwise agreed in a signed NDA, confidentiality agreement, white-label agreement, master service agreement, purchase order, or written project restriction before commencement of work, Spark Vfx Studios may use completed and publicly released project work for portfolio, showreel, website, social media, case studies, presentations, award submissions, proposals, credentials decks, and business development material.
This may include selected visuals, video excerpts, screenshots, project descriptions, project names, client names, campaign references, and an accurate description of Spark Vfx Studios’ role in the work.
Spark Vfx Studios will not knowingly publish unreleased work, confidential information, private production files, source files, internal strategy documents, budgets, private communications, personal contact details, or non-public client information without written permission.
Where Spark Vfx Studios is engaged by an agency, production partner, intermediary, or third-party vendor, Spark Vfx Studios may describe its role accurately and may use publicly released work unless the project is marked in writing as confidential, white-label, or restricted before commencement of work.

Confidential and White-Label Projects
If a project is confidential, unreleased, white-label, subject to NDA, or restricted by an end client, the client or agency must inform Spark Vfx Studios in writing before the project begins or before restricted material is shared.
When such written restriction is accepted, Spark Vfx Studios will not publicly disclose the restricted work except as permitted by the agreed terms. Additional restrictions, exclusivity, white-label treatment, or non-public portfolio use may affect project pricing, timelines, and usage terms.

Unauthorized Use
Unauthorized use of any information, material, work, content, project output, image, video, design, or intellectual property provided by us may give rise to a claim for damages and/or may be considered an offense under applicable law.

Payments and Authorization
We shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any transaction due to the cardholder exceeding the preset limit mutually agreed upon by us and our acquiring bank from time to time.
Payments, advances, retainers, milestone payments, and final payments are governed by the quotation, invoice, proposal, written approval, or project-specific terms agreed between you and Spark Vfx Studios.
