Our Process And Workflow

Creative Technology meets Museum Storytelling — a Cinematic Process by Spark VFX Studios.

Projection mapping content test on Mughal-inspired arch wall for Diwan-e-Khas exhibit by Spark VFX Studios

Process Steps We Follow

01

Concept & Research

Spark VFX Studios began with extensive on-site photography and projection tests at the Red Fort Infocenter, capturing lighting conditions, surface textures, and the marble arch geometry to guide accurate projection alignment and visual planning.

02

Design & Animation Development

Based on references provided by DFI, the creative team designed 3D elements, motion graphics, and animated compositions to bring the Diwan-e-Khas narrative to life — ensuring each sequence reflected Mughal-inspired elegance with cinematic pacing.

03

Sound Design & Bilingual Synchronization

Working with composer Ankur Walia, Spark’s team integrated Mughal-era musical influences and ambient layers while synchronizing Hindi and English narrations to maintain perfect timing, flow, and accessibility across dual projections.

04

Projection Mapping & Final Calibration

Using MadMapper and a dual-projector setup, Spark executed precise edge blending, focus calibration, and surface correction — ensuring distortion-free visuals and color consistency across the marble arch for a flawless immersive experience.
