As a leading projection mapping company, Spark Vfx Studios was commissioned to create the Diwan-e-Khas Projection Film for an Exhibit at the Red Fort Infocentre in New Delhi.
Designed by Design Factory India and commissioned by Dalmia Bharat Group, this projection installation transforms a marble arch into living Mughal history.
The 10-minute experience combines projection mapping, 3D animation, and motion graphics to recreate the Diwan-e-Khas, private court of Mughal emperors.

Spark Vfx Studios executed the Diwan-e-Khas Projection Film through a deeply collaborative workflow with DFI.The team combined 3D modeling, motion graphics, and heritage-based visual motifs to recreate Mughal grandeur digitally. Using MadMapper for projection mapping and a bilingual audio narrative designed for synchronized playback, Spark achieved both cultural depth and technical precision.
Composer Ankur Walia’s original Mughal-inspired score added a sonic layer that enriched the storytelling, merging traditional Indian instrumentation with cinematic sound design.
